I don’t really get the hate on here. Had a terrific time picking out furniture with my wife and got some great items. Mal helped us out and it was a great experience!
They will lie to you about furniture delivery. I ordered a table and the delivery date range was exceeded. I kept calling and they have NO IDEA when the table will be available. Then they change the delivery date range on one's order without even sending an email notice! I don't know how they stay in business!

I’m a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the associate’s name, but she was incredibly helpful. She provided me with all the necessary information for redeeming my rewards on my credit card and shared a wealth of useful details about the process. I purchased four martini glasses, and she ensured that they were wrapped carefully to prevent them from breaking during transit.
