What a disappointment. Nothing that I was looking for in the way of drapery and bedding was available in store
Furniture quality. I will start positively. The couch is beautiful and pretty comfortable. Shipping took a while but that tends to happen when it’s not Amazon delivery. I have had my Turner sofa for less than 2 years and it has unfortunately started creaking/popping like an old wooden staircase when you sit on or move around on it. There is no warranty (I knew this going in, so not a surprise), so no one is going to freely service the sofa or issue a replacement/refund. I ordered two large mirrors and had them shipped to the store. Lynn in the warehouse could not have been more helpful helping me get the mirrors into the back of my suv.
