I was misinformed about a rug being available a few months ago. They took my name and information and said I would notified as soon as the floor model rugs became available. They never called. I inquired as to whether a certain rug would eventually be available in store and the associate said this ones mine. So apparently employees get first dibs on newly discounted items. Way to prioritize the customer.
I don’t really get the hate on here. Had a terrific time picking out furniture with my wife and got some great items. Mal helped us out and it was a great experience!
They will lie to you about furniture delivery. I ordered a table and the delivery date range was exceeded. I kept calling and they have NO IDEA when the table will be available. Then they change the delivery date range on one's order without even sending an email notice! I don't know how they stay in business!
