Went in for a coffee table, what a disappointment. The table was perfect, it is the store that failed us. We went home to measure then waited for a sale, but one never came. Finally I just called the store to go pick one up. They had one at my local store, but you can't buy it. Not from the store, and not from the warehouse. They refuse to sell the floor model. We were looking for a LOT of furniture because our house was flooded in Hurricane Helene. We purchased a couple leather club chairs but the bulk of our purchases were at RH (ex Restoration Hardware). While a bit more expensive, the quality was excellent (lifetime guarantee) and took a consultative approach.
The delivery service was awesome, Randy came on time and delivered my furnitures with care. Thank you!
Horrible company. Never received an item and spent hours on the phone with them and the issue was never resolved! I expected high end customer service from a high end furniture store.
Oh wow. What an oasis of everything for the home. I was in search of accent holiday rugs, but got more than I bargained for. What a Splenda of accessories for the home. Cushions, coffee mugs, lighted accents, side tables, dinnerware, throws and more. It’s so beautifully well themed. The gingerbread house themed dinnerware, cookie jar and ornaments are a sight to behold. I love this store!
