I've been a fan of Pottery Barn for a long time. I first set up my current home 15 years ago, shopping at the Sarasota location. I recently decided to purchase a new sofa and went back to the Sarasota store. I was greeted by two employees immediately upon entering the store. Great experience! Shopping for a client under a time crunch, these ladies went above and beyond finding everything they could in stock for me and anything that wasn’t in stock, they ordered with fast shipping to the house. Can’t recommend enough. Melissa, you are awesome! ♥️
Horrible customer service!! Going to be completely honest, I was extremely disappointed. I’ve been shopping here for years and stopped in just to buy a second set of sheets. We ordered a Aubrey 18'' Shelf with Open Cabinet, Dutch White Item #: 8397501. The plan was to assemble the units and place them in our condo. The bottom part came with all the correct pieces and was assembled properly. The upper unit however came with one crossmember that had a hole drilled at the wrong angle, not allowing the assembly to be competed. I called Pottery Barn customer service concerning this.
