This is specifically for Pottery Barn - online. I purchase hundreds of items a quarter through various online entities and I have never had it as bad as this. I ordered a little girls chair for my granddaughter’s birthday on April 03, 2025. It was expected to be delivered the week of April 19, 2025. Couple employees seemed nice. We asked a question to the rudest employee in the shopping plaza. She was more worried about someone that walked in after an online purchase to see what colors they selected than answering a question for us.
I will never deal with PB again. I was interested in a sheet set, but advised they were no where in the Tampa Bay area to view, so I ordered the pillow cases for $139. For 2 pillow cases. It took about 3 weeks to arrive- told me it could take a month! I finally got them, did not unfold- returned the next day - almost a month ago- and I still do not have my refund. They have a neat selection of oddball decor, but it's all obscenely overpriced.
Went in for a coffee table, what a disappointment. The table was perfect, it is the store that failed us. We went home to measure then waited for a sale, but one never came. Finally I just called the store to go pick one up. They had one at my local store, but you can't buy it. Not from the store, and not from the warehouse. They refuse to sell the floor model.
