Completely ignored, gaggle of employees eating at the design desk and the two other people I saw just looked and didn’t speak. I’ll order my lamps online
I loved my years shopping at Williams and Sonoma brand and other Pottery Barn locations. The consistent service provided at this one particular location is both nonexistent, unhelpful and uninspiring. Besides the subpar clientelling, I’ve noticed an overall current decline in product quality from the brand straight from the box. Much given to reconsider.
Love, love, love Pottery Barn! I have never experienced any regrets on any of my purchases from here. Even years down the line my blanket looks and feels as new as the day I bought it. You may pay premium prices but the quality is exceptional. The shop is beautifully laid out and has a tendency to draw you in and leave with bags full of goodies and a huge smile on your face.
Bought a dining room set from pottery barn in August 2024it is now March 2025and I’m still waiting for my merchandise. I could write a book with this review and my level of frustration is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced should’ve read the reviews before I purchased my expensive dining room set. I will never purchase another item from the store again. The delivery service that they have in place is just as bad as pottery barns customer service after third attempt to deliver my furniture. Christmas shopping at Eastview Mall yesterday was made much more enjoyable and Stress free thanks to Kathryn! She went as far as, helping me take all my bags to the car in freezing weather!
