Excellent quality of products fantastic customer service
My mother bought a very expensive rug at the Eastview store . On the day of the sale no instructions were given to her verbally or written. When she was able to place the rug down under her bed in her room she vacuumed this. After a time she realized that the vacuum was actually pulling bits of the rug up. We've been looking at a couch on their website and went to see it. Plenty of store employees standing around and none offered to answer any questions or see if we were interested.
Horrible service. Was laughing while telling me they were out of stock of an item.
I love shopping at the Eastview Pottery Barn. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable with design. David has helped me furnish and style several room in my house. He’s been so wonderful to work with!!
