Love, love, love Pottery Barn! I have never experienced any regrets on any of my purchases from here. Even years down the line my blanket looks and feels as new as the day I bought it. You may pay premium prices but the quality is exceptional. The shop is beautifully laid out and has a tendency to draw you in and leave with bags full of goodies and a huge smile on your face.
Bought a dining room set from pottery barn in August 2024it is now March 2025and I’m still waiting for my merchandise. I could write a book with this review and my level of frustration is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced should’ve read the reviews before I purchased my expensive dining room set. I will never purchase another item from the store again. The delivery service that they have in place is just as bad as pottery barns customer service after third attempt to deliver my furniture. Christmas shopping at Eastview Mall yesterday was made much more enjoyable and Stress free thanks to Kathryn! She went as far as, helping me take all my bags to the car in freezing weather! I had a bedroom set that was backordered for 2-3 months. Then it was delayed again. I called and asked IF (read IF) I found something else would it be possible to cancel the order if I chose to do so. The sales clerk cancelled the whole order without asking me. She then had to reorder and now it will be an addition 6-8 weeks to get my furniture!!! Several years ago when myself and cousin went into the store to shop we were asked if we could afford the merchandise and told it was very expensive! Not very professional or inviting to be treated that way! More recently purchased a leather sofa that was damaged upon delivery and had nothing but problems getting a replacement again not a pleasant experience!
