The store is beautifully styled, and everyone is so friendly! I was greeted right away, and had all the help I needed finding some fabric I had seen online!
Thank you Jacob! You helped find a small granite table and 2 beautiful chairs...and on sale!!! All within 2 weeks; delivered early by 2 nice men with white gloves, wow! As an 88yr young retired dentist I know service!
The staff here is very rude and dismissive. I walked around the store for 20 minutes before someone would help me in the bedding section to get something out back. A guy was just at the register on FaceTime with someone and didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything. Then I tried to use a coupon and the manager herself said you can’t use it in store even though it says you can use online or in store so the staff doesn’t even know the stores own policies. No one here is helpful don’t waste your time.
