I have been a hard core Pottery Barn customer for at least 25 years....furnished MANY houses with all things Pottery Barn, it's my signature look because ai think most of their things are timeless and classy. Going shopping at Pottery Barn was my best dopamine hit ever...I could pull a room together like nobody's business! But now??? The retail store is a FRACTION of what it used to be...even their holiday seasonal is a bare minimum. As the rest mention, I’d give 0 stars if I could. We paid over 2 grand for a recliner and it didn’t last 9 months due to a manufacturer defect. They want me to pay for someone to come out and still won’t do anything. They do not back poor workmanship. It’s unfortunate for a seemingly higher end brand.
