The customer service representative today was so disgusting. I was searching for pillow cases on sale and she asked if she could help me sarcastically and rolled her eyes. Whoever hired this women / black hair with a black and white dress - please train her on basic customer service skills and being KIND, as you work on a retail sales floor. I won’t be going back to this business. Your sales will continue to not grow if this doesn’t improve - we have other options and e-commerce.
You order something and it’s months and months and they just keep using “estimated” delivery date as an excuse for the item never shipping. Worthless customer service.
Maybe this isn't the place but I seen a Ford focus 150 back up into a white car while I was at Starbucks across the street gal just drove off im sure theirs damage i heart a crunch sound anyways hit me back and this is at the main st location accident happened between 9 to 11 am today
