We purchased 2 curtains for $300. Love them and great quality. Had to get them clean. Instructions say dry clean only - nothing else. We got them dry cleaned and they shrunk 3”. Customer service were completely unhelpful and couldn’t provide a solution or tell us the exact directions to have them cleaned. Rather blamed the dry cleaner. So if you’re buying curtains beware they are not pre shrunk and will shrink even if you follow directions. If i had my time again I’d find cheaper on wayfair.
Customer service is absolutely garbage at this store. I purchased a rug here at a premium price because I expected better Customer service from Pottery barn. The rug came, and it was much lighter in color then the in store sample. I took it to the store to return it, as instructed by the associate, and they told me I would have to come back on a day the manager was there. As a thriller and romance author, I pay attention to space and first impressions, and the Pottery Barn in downtown Spokane surprised me in a good way. If you enter from the mall side, the store initially feels narrow and compact. It looks like a smaller footprint. But once you step inside and turn right, the space opens up significantly. Worst customer service. If you order it or have it shipped they will mess the order and then blame you. Lost my business.
Customer service here is awful! As a person of color people might assume I have no money to spend but I do. Went in here and had no one absolutely NO ONE approach me or make me feel welcomed. They all looked at me gave me ugly looks and continued tag teaming up on one individual shopping. It’s was all three one ONE! I walked right out.. never went in again.
