Wow. I spent one whole year. A WHOLE YEAR following up with the pottery barn customer service team to get an item (toddler bed conversion kit) delivered for my child’s crib. I had to proactively call their team over 20 times month after month trying to uncover what logistical errors in their system were preventing my order from arriving. If I hadn’t followed up so diligently, the business would’ve taken my money without delivering the product. Great stuff, understand going in that it will cost more and be worth it.
Every time I go to this store the people working are just weird and rude. They are not helpful and very judgmental. Please relax a bit. Their customer service is horrible. It’s worth driving to the galleria for crate and barrel instead. I was looking for fabrics for a couch and was looking in the wrong area. Someone working came up to me said this is for curtains, stood there, and didn’t tell me where to look or help after I told them I’m looking for couch fabrics. I just left. It was awkward!
