My wife and I received outstanding assistance in selecting bedding items. Carolyn Pound was not only helpful but extremely patient as we kept changing our minds on what we wanted to accomplish. On another recent order and purchase of bedroom furniture I dealt with 4 store representatives, 4 due to schedules. The handoffs between the representatives and myself were remarkable smooth. I love Pottery Barn and their products. However, it’s been hard for years to find brick & mortar stores. Many locales you must buy online. Parking can be challenging, but it’s in front of the store and FREE, so there’s that, it’s a super nice higher end shopping area that I really like. I was immediately greeted upon entering. The ladies love this place. Everything you could want or need for home decor you can find here. It is a bit on the pricey side, but if you don’t care about how much you spend, I dare say this is the place for you if you are looking to brighten up your home. The staff were very engaging and eager to help and answer any questions. Very pleasing to the eye and easy to find what you are looking for.
Me and my Nana have been visiting this store from out of town for years, have been to several pottery barns and the staff at this location are the BEST! So welcoming and kind, will always make the trip to Charlottesville just so we can go to this pottery barn!
I always love Pottery Barn stores and this one is in the wonderful walkable Shops at Stonefield!
