I love Pottery Barn and their products. However, it’s been hard for years to find brick & mortar stores. Many locales you must buy online. Parking can be challenging, but it’s in front of the store and FREE, so there’s that, it’s a super nice higher end shopping area that I really like. I was immediately greeted upon entering. The ladies love this place. Everything you could want or need for home decor you can find here. It is a bit on the pricey side, but if you don’t care about how much you spend, I dare say this is the place for you if you are looking to brighten up your home. The staff were very engaging and eager to help and answer any questions. Very pleasing to the eye and easy to find what you are looking for.
Me and my Nana have been visiting this store from out of town for years, have been to several pottery barns and the staff at this location are the BEST! So welcoming and kind, will always make the trip to Charlottesville just so we can go to this pottery barn!
