Truly the worst customer service I have ever received. After 10 minutes of attempting to get any employees attention, I was blindly shown to a section of the store which had no relevance to the item I asked for. I then approached the counter to ask for a different representative to show me the specific item I was requesting. I was told that it was in the back of the store in the box, but that I was not allowed to see the item before purchasing. I love pottery barn. It's a little overpriced, but hey, that's their positioning strategy. This location is having. Another of items for sale at the moment as they are relocating soon. So, they have a lot of Christmas and Thanksgiving items for sales for those interested.
You will love the unique home decors. It's a masterpiece of household decorations.
