Knowledgeable, friendly staff who go above and beyond in helping the customer. Of all the PB that I have visited, this is hands down the best!
I recently had a fantastic experience at the Glen Mills PB store. I was looking for a specific frame as a gift, but unfortunately it was sold out. The team went above and beyond to help me and even located the display frame so I could still give the perfect present. Their exceptional customer service truly stood out — I highly recommend this store!
I bought a sectional with Pottery Barn and they promised the delivery for May 13- 27, it is late and they don’t have a clue when it is goin to be delivered. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody helps me, they are lost, totally disorganized. I have a long planned vacation, I am not going to be home for few weeks and when I am back we will have guests.
