AJ, the Assistant Store Manager of Operations was a DREAM!! I cannot express enough what amazing Customer Service I received from him. I had a very tight turnaround time request, where I needed AJ's full support as I wasn't in the store and had to handle things over the phone. He went above and beyond for me. Great experience picking out a sectional at Pottery Barn! Susan was incredibly helpful with choosing the right size, shape and fabric that is durable and family-friendly. With a busy family and multiple dogs, durability was really important. She helped us find a material that was not only beautiful, but when our rescue pup had an accident, it wiped right up without soaking in. So glad we took her advice!
There is no benefit buying in the shop over buying online. We had issues with the order and the hotline is more helpful than the sales associates. Overall the experience has been bad. We ordered a bed on December 1st and were told the delivery window would be January 2nd to January 16th. We were taken aback by the long wait and a bit hesitant because we just moved to the states and had no bed but the associate said this was the latest and often it arrives earlier. The customer service is deplorable. They lost a sale today. The sales person had the attitude I was wasting their time. When I told the General Manager, she did not seem at all concerned and didn’t even offer to assist.
Love PB, especially the bedding.
