I purchased two metal picture frames here. After driving home, I opened the boxes to mount the pictures that I intended to give as gifts and discovered that the glass in both picture frames was broken. The protective wrapping around one of the frames appeared have been torn open and then stuffed back in the box, suggesting it was returned previously. I can’t recommend shopping here because my experience is paying full retail price for open-box damaged goods.

"What a wonderful experience at the Pottery Barn in Chestnut Hill. I came in to look for a few items for my new apartment and was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. After looking around for a bit, I asked for help, and an associate—who was also the manager—was with me right away. She was very knowledgeable about the down blankets I was asking about and was kind and patient while I browsed. Pottery Barn’s return and gift card process is shockingly inefficient. If you buy online with a gift card and try to return in-store, staff often don’t check items into the system, and they can’t issue you a new card or process an exchange. Instead, you’re forced to wait weeks for a replacement card in the mail, leaving your money tied up and unusable.
