I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service from pottery barn. I ordered a scent diffuser online, when the order arrived it had the correct item on the order slip but someone had packaged the ugliest green napkins (that per the website were on final sale clearance, so clearly an inventory they are trying to get rid of). I called customer service who said that they would send a replacement diffuser and submitted another order and sent me a return slip. I love this location. The staff is friendly and the store always looks incredible.
Incredibly rude staff! I was ignored for 15 minutes while browsing and when I asked for help both people I asked for information were incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to be asked anything. I had been planning a full redesign of my place - I will not be shopping here for it.
DONT purchase if you want it to last longer than a year. Very unhappy with my purchase of the Paxton deluxe swivel recliner chair. We had it in our nursery and the power adapter stopped working within 9 months. It’s now not possible to recline. After several conversations with customer service they would not honor any warranty or attempt to replace any of the power adapters. Will not be purchasing furniture from PB in the future.
Poor customer service, the one in Lynnfield is way better
