This is a great store if you don’t want to make eye contact with any of the staff. I don’t shoplift; however you could load a car with towels and no one would notice. They just stand in groups in their phones chatting. I asked if someone could ring me up, “I’m a DESIGNER, NOT ON THE REGISTER!.” Save your time and money. go to the Container Store/Bed Bath and Beyond next door.
No customer service! My husband and I went in looking for decorative bed pillows. After spending an hour pulling various pillows to try against our shams, we decided to leave and place the order at home. Not one person said hello or asked if we needed help. Won’t be back!
We spent over $1,000 in the store, and the staff was USELESS. I tried to get someone’s attention to ask for a different size of sheets. Mind you, the store was practically empty, yet they kept avoiding me. Staff are supposed to be available, doing their job and helping customers. If I had a dollar for every time I was offered assistance at this store, I'd probably only have $2. I generally go to the store to see what I like, take a picture, then order online because again... you can't get service in this location. After spending thousands on a new media console and coffee table in April, I keep receiving updates on backorder/delayed shipment - original delivery date was late April & early May.
