I can’t recommend Tia and Kristen at Pottery Barn enough! They were so helpful in finding everything I was looking for and made the entire process seamless, from browsing in the store to helping me get everything out to the car. They were both friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re stopping by Pottery Barn, I highly recommend asking for Tia and Kristen, they’re wonderful!

This is a great store if you don’t want to make eye contact with any of the staff. I don’t shoplift; however you could load a car with towels and no one would notice. They just stand in groups in their phones chatting. I asked if someone could ring me up, “I’m a DESIGNER, NOT ON THE REGISTER!.” Save your time and money. go to the Container Store/Bed Bath and Beyond next door.

No customer service! My husband and I went in looking for decorative bed pillows. After spending an hour pulling various pillows to try against our shams, we decided to leave and place the order at home. Not one person said hello or asked if we needed help. Won’t be back!
