I had a really disappointing experience in here. I was looking to buy outdoor furniture in here but the sales rep totally dropped the ball. I told I was looking at outdoor stuff and she said “we don’t have much” and I thought she was going to show me around, but she turned her back to me then walked over to another customer to talk to him about his dog. Update: April, 13th 2025 STILL no Sectional! Was told it's been located, but no one seems to know where it's at! Warning on DELIVERY!!! We took off work expecting our sectional, which was confirmed to be delivered TODAY March 26th, 2025. Calls with confirmation text and even a way to track status....BUT an hour or so before delivery, we receive a call that a "component" was missing! Come to find out, the component is half part of our sectional! Not the wedge, not a leg, but a full sofa that attaches? How do you find this out... read more
