Always a fantastic experience! Christmas is up (if only there was a chill in the air!) This store always feels magical and everyone is so nice! I'm always welcomed in, appreciated and listened to Thank you pottery barn!
Purchased $6k worth of baby furniture— Items got delivered, while assembling, the 2 technicians knocked a hole in my wall and said nothing about it. I call customer service they stated a claim would be filed and someone would call me within 48 hours. No one called. I called back and requested a supervisor, they stated one would call me within 7-10 days. No one called. It has now been 3 months and no one has called. Go spend your money elsewhere.
We had an appointment for an in store design experience. We showed up for our 9:30am appointment and they had no idea we were even coming or had the appointment. We sat with a specialist and discussed furniture options but I left feeling unsatisfied and more confused about my future purchase. The in store design experience was not what I was expecting for the high end Pottery Barn furniture that I hope to purchase.
