I've gone in a few times. I'm in the area a lot. The employees are always pleasant and the store flows well. There's is always some one to help me when I'm looking for ideas.
I love this store! You can find everything you need at a pretty good price. The assistance I received while shopping was outstanding. Found everything I was looking for and more. Their holiday collections are unsurpassed.
Extremely Poor Quality. Safety Hazard - Not at all what it used to be - this is a review for a Pottery Barn product. Not a review of service from this particular store. I purchased a beautiful drapery rod but after 6-7 months of use, the rod has fallen apart. The construction is defective. My experience with this store was exceptional. Lots of expertise, helpfulness and, of course, great product quality. They did everything they told me they would do, include deliver my new furniture to the Mississippi gulf coast. Oh, and their delivery company gets an A plus. Nathan, the lead, was awesome. Quick, careful, friendly and excellent. I give the entire Pottery Barn team in Metairie 5 stars plus!!
