Ordered Indio Coastal Lounge Chair and loveseat set and 2 Bolinas side tables. We have had these products for two years and minimal usage as we are at this home only about 1/2 times at best. When the furniture and tables are not in use the furniture is stored and covered in a climate controlled area. Products have not held up as expected especially for the use that they have had in the two years of ownership. While the visuals in the store are pleasant and the customer service was ok, I was extremely disappointed that they mixed in sale and n9n-sale merchandise in the same display. They would no make any exception and wanted to charge me full price for the same sheet. I used to manage retail stores, this seems like an issue and an opportunity to improve upon.
Great customer service.
I've gone in a few times. I'm in the area a lot. The employees are always pleasant and the store flows well. There's is always some one to help me when I'm looking for ideas.
