I enjoy shopping at the Galleria Pottery Barn and find their displays and designs align perfectly with my decorating style. The staff is helpful and the merchandise so conducive to buying. I am fortunate to experience regular European travel and shopping. Very similar in the quality and style of products of comparable European stores that I find at Pottery Barn

The staff was really nice. This issue was we saw an item we wanted. It was clearly marked 40% off with the tag on it when we brought it to their attention they blamed corporate coding and wouldn’t honor the discount . They just took the tag off. It seems like bad business for pottery barn. If the company policy for will not let the manager do an override, it’s bad business. I always enjoy shopping at Pottery Barn and of course I bought some thing because I can never walk away empty-handed. They have beautiful, seasonal decor, quality furniture and something for everyone.

Unless you want to wait months and months for your item, do not shop here. When I ordered my items I was told when to anticipate delivery. I called Customer Service several times thereafter and each time got a different response. In the meantime I have had to pay for my items despite not having received them. One item, a chair, has been in the delivery center for months now, yet before they will deliver the chair I have to wait for a much smaller second item, an item I can carry home from the store, for another four months. ... read more
