The Stare Manager at the Galleria is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the furniture. Listened attentively to what we were looking for. We are so pleased with her help and could not have made a purchase for a couch without her.

I purchased a custom made couch from Pottery Barn. Within a few months it started to pill, sag and feathers were coming out. The couch within a few months looked like a 10 year old couch. I ended up buying a cover and it still continued to deteriorate. I contacted the store and they had a customer service representative call me. The women I spoke to basically told me that it was my fault I didn't call sooner and now there is nothing they can do.
