Purchased a nursery chair online for my daughter back in November 2024- stated it was in stock at a local store in Maryland. Had an estimated date of dec around Christmas. It’s now the beginning of march and we have yet to receive our chair. We have made numerous calls to customer service & all they can do is be apologetic for our experience but that’s as far as it goes. I’ve been to this store a few times and it’s my favorite pottery barn! The staff there are the best - they are super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy! Especially Victor, he made my last shopping experience so much fun picking out a new chair and pillows. So happy with my purchase!

There’s a guy working there named Victor December 2024 who is top shelf customer experience. He’s fast, attentive and extremely helpful in putting good design purchases together. Need to hang onto him!
Worst customer service and delivery service. My order got cancelled 3 times for delivery and considering that its a 6000$ sofa. Its been 5 momths and still did not receive my order. Will not be shopping here again
