I had a virtual appointment with the local Pottery Barn, and the appointment itself went fine. After the meeting, I did not receive the promised follow-up with results or recommendations. I reached out via text and was told it would be sent soon, but it has now been over two weeks with no further communication. The lack of timely follow-through is disappointing.
Terrible Furniture Ordering and delivery. Ordered begin I g of October to have something before Thanksgiving. After paying they pushed backed the estimated delivery date - bait and switch, to make it worse the day it was scheduled for delivery they called to say it was damaged and they were not delivering it. I recently went to Pottery Barn in Fairfax and just have to comment on our great customer service experience. My husband and and I were looking for some matching pieces to a duvet set we had ordered online. Unfortunately the set was no longer featured in the store but both Dana P and Victor Yeager were so helpful in finding what we wanted online and ordering it for us to be sent to our home.
