If I could give this store, zero stars, I would. I came into the store in the morning of Thursday, 4/9/26, with the intention of buying throw pillows, lamps, bedding and other furnishings to stage a very high-end home for the market. I was planning on spending about 2k. There were three sales people, all women, on the floor, one at the first counter and two at the second counter. ​"I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Caymen bed, 2 side tables, Caymen 9 drawer dresser and coffee table 10 months ago, expecting Pottery Barn’s usual quality. Instead, the piece has already started cracking. When I contacted customer service, they it assigned me to a case manager who called me next day and point blank refused any help says it's ten months now . I had a virtual appointment with the local Pottery Barn, and the appointment itself went fine. After the meeting, I did not receive the promised follow-up with results or recommendations. I reached out via text and was told it would be sent soon, but it has now been over two weeks with no further communication. The lack of timely follow-through is disappointing.
