Order made in January with March delivery date scheduled. Delivery date suddenly jumped to end of April and bundling of items in order changed with no notification or opportunity to change. Customer service was totally indifferent about changes.

Purchased a couch from the showroom here and it showed up with a rip in the back that was not there at the time of purchase. PB refused to work with us to resolve the issue and blamed it entirely on the delivery company (who PB recommended we use - JJ's) who was of course no help.
Ordered chargers specifically for the holiday on Nov 21st. The store didn't even ship them until the 25th, so they will arrive on the 30th, well after the holiday. This store ruined our table settings for the holiday. Disrespectful and awful.
