Please avoid the headache we went through. I recommend you don’t buy anything you can’t physically pick up and take home. Despite being warned not to buy furniture from West Elm or Pottery Barn, we ordered a sofa in-store that never arrived. After waiting over 6 weeks, were sent the wrong item, reordered through a customer care rep, waited additional weeks, and then told the fabric and style we selected were either incorrect or discontinued. Extremely disappointed with how the associate did not listen to my concern about how to place the name on my son‘s lunchbox when we originally ordered my son‘s backpack it was done online and you can see in the picture how his backpack which is in weight that’s exactly how it should be his first name and then space his last name, but we went to the store because I thought that they would do the exact same type of work in person apparently not I specifically told the associate to make sure that there’s a space between his nam... read more

Order was pushed back by months, was never shipped and ultimately canceled. Now I need to start shopping again from square one. Never shopping Pottery Barn again, what a horrible experience.
