I bought a black walnut dining room table from Pottery barn and the finish has rubbed off on my fabric off white chairs. I contacted Pottery barn and they filed a report. I sent photos of the ruined chairs. but no one ever contacted me. I very tome I push the chairs in to the table a black line appears on my chairs.
I really miss the St. Paul location. The Edina location has abysmal customer service.
Bought bedding for my daughter college apartment the first week of August and yet to receive as of today 9/12/2025. Called and said it was back order!! Why didn’t they send a email stating that in August and offer some type of discounts ! I will never purchase anything from them again. Poor customer service for such a HIGH end company!!

Let’s start with the positive, this is a lovey store and the staff has always been helpful. Great selection. I had a very negative experience last week. I wanted to purchase an item. I went to the desk where several employees were seated and working. If they are not to be approached, please have them work at desks in the back of the store, in an office, not on the showroom floor.
