I ordered $550 worth of bedding from Pottery Barn and was extremely disappointed with the service provided during my pickup of these items. I arrived at the store for an order pickup, but the woman behind the counter didn't notice me and helped another customer who arrived after I did. I ordered 4 bar stools and an armchair. They were going in the same space so I custom ordered all of them in the same leather. I waited 6 months for delivery. When they arrived, the leathers were not the same on the stools and chair. When I called to complain, I was told that someone at the store should have told me that the items were manufactured in different places and the leathers wouldn’t match. Horrible customer service from design services team specifically Kathy who did not show up / was late to appointment. And who proceeded to bad mouth her customer to the rest of staff. They do not deserve the business.
