I ordered almost all the furniture for my new house in May. I still don’t have a bunch of things and it’s July. They brought me a bed without the slats so I’ve been sleeping on my son’s bed for a month and had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights because when they took apart my bed to put the new bed in, they didn’t save all the screws and connectors for my old bed and the handyman said I’d have to order them on Amazon and they took a few days to come. Outstanding experience at the Pottery Barn store in Towson, MD! Cherelle went above and beyond helping me furnish a residential lobby, thoughtfully designing several areas including seating with a coffee bar, a banquette table space, and a reception area. I don’t have a strong design eye, but she pulled together beautiful furnishings and accessories that made the space feel warm and welcoming. Exceptional service—if I could give 10 stars, I would! The Towson store is absolutely beautiful.
