Nice furniture
My wife and I own a large home of over 10,000 square feet and are in the middle of a full remodel. We reached out to Pottery Barn Towson to schedule an in-home consultation, hoping to get professional guidance on the project. I was in this store doing some shopping when my baby was playing with small balls with my husband. One of the employees came and literally took the balls from my baby's hands and threw them in the trash, even after my husband and baby told her not to. This behavior is unacceptable, and we should consider taking action for touching our baby and ruining our shopping experience. Please hire more educated and respectful staff
