I had a very disappointing experience at Pottery Barn today. I was in the store ready to purchase two floor-model nightstands. A sales associate was helping me and was about to complete the sale when another employee came over and said they had already been “sold.” I later learned they hadn’t actually been sold at all—someone had only verbally expressed interest in them. The store was clean, organized, and full of nice furniture and decorations. The workers were friendly and helped me find what I needed without being pushy. I also liked the quality of the items because everything looked well made and stylish. Even though some products were expensive, the overall shopping experience was worth it. I would recommend Pottery Barn to anyone looking for home furniture or decor.
