I bought a beautiful quilt in the St. John’s Town Center store that cost $350.00. The pillow shams brought the total to over $500.00. I didn’t put it on the bed until about a month later after my renovation was completed. After a few weeks on the bed the quilting threads started to pull and break. It’s only used as a spread. Never as a blanket. I called the store and the only conversation was about five times we have a 30 day return policy. Didn’t even offer to see it. Maybe offer store credit. Pottery Barn needs a entire overhaul , quality control of merchandise , customer service , supposed white glove delivery service and sales rep that lie to you and don’t tell you what’s in the other end after they take ur money . This has been an absolute horrible experience, ordering furniture is no small task the time and energy and sieving hard earned money that they just rob you and send you total crap , couches material are different colors the chaise and couch , stitched wrong , cushions not filled it’s a joke ! $ 6000.... read more
