Extremely Rude employee, The employee who works there judge the customers and talk about customer’s appearance, despite doing their job. Very rude behavior, they don’t treat customer. Politely. PB should hire professional employees rather than this old and bored house wife who has nothing left in their life and made PB their Gossip store.
This place is not only hard to find it is hars to get to and parking is almost impossible.
I have been shopping at pottery barn for the better part of 30yrs spending tens of thousands of dollars during that time. Tonight I went into purchase two pillows with inserts and used my trade card. Jacqueline assisted me at check out and began to question my profession and what I would be using these pillows for as she doubted I had a company that could obtain this basic “to the trade” card.
