Spent 20 minutes in the store on a Monday night, there were maybe 3 or 4 other customers in there store. Not a single sales person even bothered to greet us much less ask how can they help. Such a shame.
A little disappointed with my experience. Went in Saturday for a store pick up but they were unable to find my item. They decided to stop looking and said the manger would give me a call Sunday. He didn’t in fact when I called he was unaware of the situation. Luckily they did find it a few minutes after I called but I had to drive over again 30 minutes out of my way. When I had already planned to be in the area Saturday. Just feel like that could have been done when I was there initially.
Five stars for Janette at Pottery Barn! She completely made my day. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I was on a difficult search for a very specific bedding set for my brother, and she tackled the challenge with a smile and a great sense of humor. We even shared a few jokes about it! Not only did she find the perfect item, but she also guided me through the entire purchase and made sure I got my rewards. My visit was an outstanding experience, all thanks to Janette!
If i could give them zero stars i would. I ordered nightstands from them. They took 6 weeks, both came broken. They wouldn’t immediately fix or deal with the issue or refund my money. Worst customer service i have EVER experienced. Do not order furniture from here.
