The interior designer, Savannah, was nothing short of outstanding!! I live in Wisconsin and called on an item. She gave me a tour of the store and was more than happy to help me!! This is well above and beyond for any Pottery Barn store I have ever been to. Savannah was amazing!! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!!
Returned a set of sheets that I no longer wanted. Package was unopened and I paid $64 total for the sheets and was only refunded $34. No where in the return process did it state I’d be charged $30 to return the item! So outrageous. Pottery Barn is a scam. Will never order anything from there again. If I would have known or was told how much I would be charged to return them I would have taken them into the store. Here is proof they didn’t even state I’d be charged the $30 for shipping.
I love my bedding from PB. But a few months ago, I purchased the bathroom rugs thinking they had to be good since they’re PB. I hate them so much!! They slide everywhere. Even after putting the rubber layer underneath, they still slide and separate and look awful. They flatten down so thin quickly after washing. My Walmart ones were a better purchase and lasted longer. I called and they only refund within 30 days. If they had reviews on their website, I would imagine they would be very low for the bath rugs. Never felt more disrespected by retail associates in my life. The management and associates lack training and customer service skills. A simple attempt of returning an unworn robe (with receipt, within weeks of purchasing) turned into a berating experience very quickly. The manager expressed herself in a really dissatisfying way, sharing that the robe looked worn, when in reality it had been tried on only once for less than a minute, over top of clothes.
