I believe her name is Kiki (or KK), and I told her I’d write a review because she truly deserves it. From the moment you walk into the store, her energy is a breath of fresh air. Not to say anything bad about the other employees, but the experience hasn’t always been the same…they can come off a bit snooty at times. I really truly do not feel like the people here are not excited to be at work or excited to help customers in the building. I also bought a duvet cover and a duvet insert yesterday when I got home to put my duvet cover together a button was already broke on the $900 purchase that I made. I also have an account with pottery barn. Yesterday was my birthday and I did not have a birthday discount on my account. You would think that they would still honor a birthday discount. Can’t begin to express how poor their customer services is. Ordered an item at pottery barn online to pick up in store. I arrived and was told the item could have been lost. After they looked around for 40 minutes, they told me it was shipped to West Elm. Asked to speak a a manager and all she told me was the situation was just sad.

arrived at 10:00 a.m. to pick up an order, as the store hours indicate the location opens at that time. By 10:05, the doors were still locked. When I called the store, I was told the delay was due to a staff meeting. Customers shouldn’t be impacted by internal meetings when hours are clearly posted. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and was frustrating.
