Friends please dont waste your money here. I was VERY excited & thankful to be able to buy some kitchen essentials from pottery barn!! The plates have scratch marks on all of them ( the ones we got from Walmart years ago have barely any ) the stainless steel rose measuring cups the top layer has come off, same with a silverware set we bought! #potterybarnsucks The amount of money that's being charged for these " luxery " items?? Sheeesh I feel like a real fool! Don't make the same mistake at me

Was ready to buy sectional I saw online. Walked around for 15min looking vividly at sofas without a single person asking to help and several just standing behind their stations. I finally asked one of them for help on swatches and selecting fabric and color. She pointed me where they were. I decided to look at decor and leave. As I'm walking out that same associate was helping someone with swatches. I'll buy it from your competitors!
Horrible customer service. I was needing help with pillows for 2 sofas. I really enjoyed walking in though and having the employee look at me head to toe and then turn around and go talk to another employee behind the bedding counter. There are plenty of other stores that I can go to to make a purchase and I would rather spend my money there. Oh, and I won’t forget the 2nd time that same employee walked right past me and around me to ask the other people if they needed help.
