Horrible customer service. I was needing help with pillows for 2 sofas. I really enjoyed walking in though and having the employee look at me head to toe and then turn around and go talk to another employee behind the bedding counter. There are plenty of other stores that I can go to to make a purchase and I would rather spend my money there. Oh, and I won’t forget the 2nd time that same employee walked right past me and around me to ask the other people if they needed help.
Was not acknowledged and moved out of the way by an employee helping another customer when I was actively holding a product. Disappointed by lack of respect
I had good experiences in the store in the past. I bought a table today, my friend will go to the store tomorrow to pick it up. I realized I forgot to tell them that I would be working tomorrow. I needed to tell them the name of my friend and I also remembered they didn't give me the leaf ( it is an extending dinner table) but the first woman who answered the call sounded so unhappy, " what can I do for you?!!!" Went in store and ordered a bed frame in December, with expected delivery in March. We finally called and the bed frame hadn’t even been manufactured yet, and customer service told us a different story every time we called. Absolutely terrible customer service and would NOT order from Pottery Barn in the future.
The nastiest customer service I’ve ever experienced. By an hourly wage employee. Do better.. 3/11 @11:45am
