This store is very unique and has some one of kind items. They have beautiful furniture and accessories. They can be pricey.
I walked in ready to buy a couch ! I passed THREE employees and not one said anything to me ! Ridiculous!!! I will take my business elsewhere!
The store is located inside the Galleria Mall, but the parking is right in front of the store, and they are two levels of the store. Very fancy and they got latest styles! The prices are little to high for me but I love to shop there during some seasons.
Large store. Incredibly merchandised. Cashier service efficient. Staff helpful and not pushy. Good selection.
There is a great sale happening now as Pottery Barn kids gets ready for new inventory. It's just fun to hang out in here with your kids.
Went to Pottery Barn and purchased a large number of throw pillows and lamps. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to arrange a drop off to my car for me. All I had to do was drive around, and a staff member brought my items to the car! Great customer service!
I don't write reviews but had to on this business. They have the best service I have had outside of Nordstrom's. I had bought some dishes and received coffee mugs from my kids during the holidays that I didn't need or want. they graciously let me return them and exchange for bowls that I would use much more than the mugs. I appreciate companies that treat the customer right and with a smile. I will do business with them in the future for sure.
I love the store. It has its if interesting things. Very unique furniture and rugs and house decorations.
Very nice store. Associates are very helpful if you need help with a particular design topic. They also have classes that are free and you learn about interior design. Prices are not the best, but the quality is very good.
