The furniture is great, the customer service after the purchase is LOUSY. The store personnel are very pleasant, but good luck dealing with the furniture customer service department. I was not pleased by getting accidentally double-charged for a sofa costing over $1800. Speaking with a supervisor lady "Kelly" I was told: sorry, human error.
