This place has one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in ready to buy a floor sample and asked a simple question about packaging and taking it home the same day. One associate said she was busy (fair), but other staff members either avoided eye contact or seemed unwilling to help. They missed a sales that day because nobody cared to help.
