whoever was working the cashier desk this morning all by herself was super kind and helpful. She has a fairly busy line and the other lady did not want to help her up front, but she managed checking everyone out and helping other people find things very well.
New to the area, looking for a nice floor lamp. Instead of shopping online, decided to go into the local Pottery Barn to see the lamps in person, ready to buy. Walked the entire store and not one sales person greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance finding something, as I was clearly looking. Left and no one acknowledged my exit. Not going back.
Kathryn is your go-to for all your decorating advice. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and fun. It is a delight to work with someone who loves what she does.
Jody went "above and beyond" by wrapping a package and hand-delivering it to the Pebble Beach Lodge just in time for my wife's 70th birthday! Really, really appreciated!
