Poor service from Pottery Barn – I was told I could return an online purchase at a store-the sales lady said ups would pick it up that day and return it to the distribution center. Now no one knows where this is and the store manager won't help and the online customer service told met o sget a tracking number which the store ahould have but won't help with. o now I am out almost $300
