Just a nice classic story.
I love the look in the comfort of my beautiful couches from Pottery Barn. The only problem is when I go to wash the slip covers. There are feathers everywhere! The fabric around the comfy cushions allows feathers to escape, and it looks like opening day for duck hunting season. The other problem is that the inside of the slip covers itself are poorly finished and so there’s lots of long threads going every which way
I had ordered a ghost mirror from the PB website and unfortunately it stopped working after 1 week. Customer service told me I could send it back and get a replacement right away - but I threw my box away. I took the 35 lb mirror into the store at Old Orchard mall and they accepted it back and told me they would call customer service to let them know that the mirror had been returned but they cannot send it back for awhile since they too needed to wait on a box big enough.
