They are very nice at this store, however I was disappointed when I ordered something and wasn’t told about the double digit $30+ dollar shipping charge (until they ran my card and handed me the receipt). Also, they didn’t ask me if I wanted it shipped to the stores closest to me to avoid the shipping. I have really been disappointed with my experience at both my prior experiences at West Elm in Vernon Hills, and Pottery Barn at Old Orchard shopping mall where I got charged the big shipping fee. Used to absolutely go crazy over pottery Barn years ago Now like everything else it's made pretty cheaply when you look at how things are made quality-wise It might look great on the outside but everything's fortune a fortune guess like anything else quality goes down things are made very cheaply I would rather just shop it other places or look for high-end quality stuff that people are selling online that are trying to get rid of it that it's already used and have no issues then some of the crazy fortune stuff that they sel... read more
