One of my favorite locations! Friendly employees and I almost always find what I’m looking for in stock!

The quality of their merchandise is amazing. Solid, hardwood on many pieces. I have purchased items over the years and have been impressed. However I must add that shipping and delivery can be awfully slow, and expensive. We ended up having to wait almost 3 months for a furniture piece which originally showed in stock while we inquired at the store. But Pottery Barn wouldn't ship it until they received mote delivery orders from customers in the area. At least they waved my $250 delivery fee because it took so long.
No restrooms or public. It looks as if they are operable, but the store has signs over the doors. It's a shame that such an establishment doesn't have amenities for their customers. Smh.
Spent over $20k at pottery barn. Had one of the pieces (a chair) break within 6 months just from sitting on it. I’m not a big guy, I’m 160 lbs. They won’t replace it or provide any help. Don’t shop there it’s a ripoff.
