The customer service was terrible. I visited the store looking for decorations for my new kitchen, and the store employee told me to go to Home Depot. I was looking for kitchen decorations, not wood and screws, for her to tell me that.
Horrible Customer Service. Didn't get my full refund after a wrong size of a Christmas order. After already ordering a more expensive gift. Ridiculous that there is no way for me to get my full refund after already making another purchase.
