Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great quality with outstanding customer service. Our sales person spent a lot of time with us. Very knowledgeable and patient.

The customer service from this store is horrible! I have been in no less than a dozen times and each time have been met with either no one acknowledging me because they're on their computer (doing what I'm not sure!?) or roll their eyes because they don't want to be bothered with design help. I hope the manager reads this because you have a serious morale issue.

I honestly don’t understand how pottery barn doesn’t make it a priority to fix the customer service of this store. It is hands down the worst of any PB stores I’ve been to. Every staff member acts annoyed to be bothered and the store is often in disarray or pricing not accurate
