The customer service from this store is horrible! I have been in no less than a dozen times and each time have been met with either no one acknowledging me because they're on their computer (doing what I'm not sure!?) or roll their eyes because they don't want to be bothered with design help. I hope the manager reads this because you have a serious morale issue.
I honestly don’t understand how pottery barn doesn’t make it a priority to fix the customer service of this store. It is hands down the worst of any PB stores I’ve been to. Every staff member acts annoyed to be bothered and the store is often in disarray or pricing not accurate
My adult son and I were in the Wilmington , NC store this week. We were looking for a chair. Walked through the store for approximately 15 minutes and were never spoken to by an employee. Won’ t be back. Lost our business.
I was unable to shop this store because they have not followed the fire marshals requirements of 36" cleared pathways for people in wheelchairs. I usually love Pottery Barn. However, this particular store ignored those requirements, so I never made it past the welcome mat.
