We have been customers of Pottery Barn for many years, however now their practices are becoming questionable. We visited our store and were advised that we would need to go online to order sheets in a color we wanted. We went home, placed the order over the phone and received a confirmation that they would be shipped. Later however, we were advised that we would not receive them until September 14th. Love PB of course, and this loction is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful - Maggie from Mayfaire PB was especially helpful and went above and beyond to assist me! Great store :)

I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a $7,500 sofa online, but unfortunately my in-store experience did not reflect the level of customer service I expected. Although I was the only customer in the store, I was not acknowledged by any of the three associates, who remained engaged in conversation with one another throughout my visit. In addition to this I could not access a large portion of the store with my son’s stroller because of the layout and amount of furniture throughout.
