We booked an in-home design consultant appointment for draperies. Robert, the design consultant, gave us honest feedback and provided several creative options that allowed us to maintain the view from the back of our house without purchasing something we didn't need. He was extremely professional, personable and helpful. We will definitely visit the store because of Robert and the great customer service he provided to us.
Terrible quality and terrible customer service. I purchased a very expensive couch which arrived damaged 3 months later it is still not fixed plus the sofa is now on sale and they won’t even do a price adjustment. Pottery Barn used to be great but this store, quality and customer service is terrible
Store was great but not so much on delivery. I have been waiting for 6 dining room chairs for 8 months. Finally delivered 4 but now I have to wait for the other 2 for 6 more months. They are paid for but never received. You can’t make 6 chairs alike at one time. By the time I receive them, if I do, it will be 14 months since they were ordered. It is now 2 years later. The very expensive couch I bought has faded out. Nothing can be done. Never ever again!
I never leave a bad review but as a long time customer of this store I was offended at how rudely I was treated at this store in Mayfair this morning. It’s never happened before but I’m thinking twice before I go back !
