Karen has been so helpful. Every time there is an issue with my order, she quickly finds a solution. The sale items are wonderful, and the personnel have been very helpful. I ordered many Pottery Barn products for a new bathroom renovation, and I was delighted with the quality and outcome.

Nice store! Horrible customer service, I left. Not one team member asked me if they could help me yesterday! I will not be back.
Today I called the La Encantada store and spoke with Linda. I was telling her I had purchased 2 throws that were supposed to be washable but they shed all over. I want a refund, but not sure I have the receipt. Linda was pretty rude to me, and then I told her I had purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture, custom made sofas, decorator pillows, $1,000 coffee table. She was still snapping at me! Very unpleasant. I want to speak to her manager. I will call back again.
