Today I called the La Encantada store and spoke with Linda. I was telling her I had purchased 2 throws that were supposed to be washable but they shed all over. I want a refund, but not sure I have the receipt. Linda was pretty rude to me, and then I told her I had purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture, custom made sofas, decorator pillows, $1,000 coffee table. She was still snapping at me! Very unpleasant. I want to speak to her manager. I will call back again.

I usually shop for furniture at a local, high scaled furniture store but I happen to stop in to Pottery Barn and found a dining table, chairs and bench that I really liked. My whole experience with Pottery Barn starting with the sales person, Linda was horrible & stressful. She indicated that there would be a “white glove” option and once the furniture was available, it will be assembled and then a scheduled appt will be set for delivery. I visited this store about a month and was totally ignored by every staff worker within the store... At first I thought they were simply busy with other customers but 'no' that was not the case...guess it was my 'color'...that didn't resonate as a potential buyer...I purposely walk past staffers standing behind a desk at the front and back of the store and not one employee within the store acknowledged me..... ..nor looked in my direction to ask if I needed assistance...
