Happy the store is here to be able to see some stuff in person before ordering online but the staff is horrible!

Beautiful, great employees, beautiful products, but I feel there is no need of the ridiculous prices.
It was hard to find an employee for help both times I visited within a week. When I did find someone to help, it took over an hour to find what I was looking for (chocolate velvet sofa). Each visit was over two hours. I thought I would get better and more accurate info/service because their produces are so pricey
I took the time out of my day to walk into their store just to make a appt for the design service they offer. So on my appt day , she calls 10 minutes late in the 110 degree weather to ask if we still need the service. And if we need her, she was 40 minutes away to wait for her! Wtf you don't have a phone in your store to call and let me know so I don't come out? So unprofessional for Pottery Barn.
