Do not ever buy from pottery barn unless you plan to bring item to grave with you. Return an item in September. Pottery barn informed me I would receive refund in 7-10 business day. It is not dec 14th and I have yet to receive and almost 2k refund. I have contact customer service 5 times, sat on hold for over and hour each time. Contacted the store directly I purchased it from and district manager with no answers yet. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced after spending 8k on top of it for other items as well.
I love the stuff Pottery Barn sells! I wanted to purchase a coffee table they had. A staff person had to order it online for me since there wasn't one available in the store. Three weeks later, still no table. I called to ask about it several times, and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. After my third call to Pottery Barn, I received a text from a delivery service that I never heard of, asking me to schedule my delivery.
