Great customers service
Thomas at Haywood mall was shockingly disrespectful/rude. Would not recommend working with him as a customer. Perhaps he was having a stressful day, but he should work on that. Angela was lovely.
Dee the manager was rude period, first and last time I buy anything at pottery barn. Website information is misleading and customer service is terrible.
This is the absolute worst pottery barn I've ever been to. the employees have an attitude. They look at you like you're a POS and they're not helpful. No customer service at all. The worst.
