This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a retail store. My husband and I visited this location prepared to make a significant purchase for our new home. I ordered a custom-made Pearce couch and paid over $4000 for it on November 22, 2025. Thank goodness I also paid the additional around 500 for the warranty. The couch was delivered December 16, 2025. Three of the cushion covers have had to be replaced already because they have pulls, pilling or runs in them and I have two more that need to be replaced. I came into the store to look for pillow covers that were advertised for sale online. The salesperson was on the phone and rather curt when we asked about them. She pointed to a shelf "over there by that bed". We could never figure out where "that bed" was, and walked to several trying to figure out where the "sale" pillows were.
