I ordered a custom-made Pearce couch and paid over $4000 for it on November 22, 2025. Thank goodness I also paid the additional around 500 for the warranty. The couch was delivered December 16, 2025. Three of the cushion covers have had to be replaced already because they have pulls, pilling or runs in them and I have two more that need to be replaced. I came into the store to look for pillow covers that were advertised for sale online. The salesperson was on the phone and rather curt when we asked about them. She pointed to a shelf "over there by that bed". We could never figure out where "that bed" was, and walked to several trying to figure out where the "sale" pillows were. Don’t Shop Here! Bought a side table in-store and everything seemed fine at first — staff even helped load it into my car. Once I got home and unpacked it, I found scratches on the table. Customer service refused to help because it wasn’t an online order and pushed me back to the store. When I called the store, they told me to bring it back and placed an online replacement order with me over the phone. This place Pottery Barn, this is perfect because everything on the bed, table, chair, and more are clean with no dust, it looks like a large room with wood and lights, also you can get anything for this store to make it almost perfect.
