My wife loves this place. I'm neutral. Only gripe I can't match a hall light we got there last year. They don't know.
Pottery Barn Eugene has incredible well made furniture, home accessories, linen and bedding. Great people working there will excellent service and advice. My wife and I are very happy with their long lasting and beautifully crafted offerings!

We have been there several times. I have A lot of PB in the house. Probably not a secret but the bedding is such good quality. I have not run across a rude staff member, in fact very helpful
Dear pottery barn corporate. Just a heads up, this store location leaves their registers unmanned during busy hours. Figured that's important, considering we witnessed a theft at another business within the walking area not more than 30 minutes after leaving your store (without purchases. The line was 3 people deep waiting on the unattended cash registers). The blonde gentleman was especially helpful with telling us how busy they all were, feel free to check your footage from today.
