This place is a joke. You pay their bills ahead of time and wait for months with everything being a pre-order item except for a few demo pieces at the store or very select few fabric options which are fairly ugly. So, you will Never get anything on sale here unless you are ok with any available match in your household with never matching furniture throughout your home. The furniture is too expensive to not get what you want. Sad they could do so much better.
Driven here twice from Bend, because central Oregon doesn’t have a store. Both times left empty handed because they have nothing in stock. Won’t be coming back again.
I have been a customer at this Pottery Barn for 11 years. Today I went to the store to pick up an order, which turned out to be incorrect. The clerk who helped me was very kind, but the manager who has been there since I’ve lived here (boomer, probably, with long dark brown hair) was absolutely rude and pretentious. I recoil when I have to interact with her. She walked by when I was waiting (for 15 minutes) to have service.
