I placed an Pottery Barn online order in November but never received the items. Despite this, Pottery Barn unilaterally cancelled the order and marked it as returned, and the charge is still posted on my credit card. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but there is no effective customer support. Today was the 3rd time now we have walked out of this store without purchasing something we intended to purchase due to lack of customer service. Not a single worker offered assistance. After finding one that was attempting to ignore us we were told someone would head over and help. 20 minutes later we grew tired of waiting and left.

Terrible Experience with Pottery Barn We recently had the misfortune of ordering what we believed to be a complete bed frame with headboard from Pottery Barn, only to discover that it was just the headboard. The misleading photo on their website was incredibly deceptive. After realizing this a month before the estimated delivery date, my wife called to cancel the order. Don't order any furniture from Pottery Barn. Trying to refund an order and actually get your money back is impossible and employees will not be honest with you.
