Only 2-3 shoppers when I stopped in and zero customer service to help or answer questions. Small store - Didn’t even offer suggestions to go online for more options…..total DUD….. No thanks.
Sharon was exceptional during my trip to this Pottery Barn. She was incredibly helpful in assisting with a big order of last minute items. She was so sweet and made my experience easy and stress free!
