we went to the store on 10/11 to order 2 chairs for pick up in store between 10/25 to 11/2. it was in transit when we ordered the chairs we needed for the holidays.They changed , the status a few days ago fir still in transit but delivery between 11/24 to 12/3. We went just back to the store for refund and the store manager told bus she can't do it until the chairs are in store. she connected me to their customer support and he was telling me the same story. Only 2-3 shoppers when I stopped in and zero customer service to help or answer questions. Small store - Didn’t even offer suggestions to go online for more options…..total DUD….. No thanks.
Sharon was exceptional during my trip to this Pottery Barn. She was incredibly helpful in assisting with a big order of last minute items. She was so sweet and made my experience easy and stress free!
