Customer service on front end is great! Our sofa was ordered during the Thanksgiving sale, and has been delayed TWICE! this is ridiculous - it shouldn't take 4 months for make a sofa! We called customer service on order and didn't get an answer - they couldn't give info on why it was delayed, just that it was delayed. NOT GOOD back end customer service.

Even though I made every payment early, they charged me a full years interest on the promotional account because there were two different due dates based on when the furniture was ordered and the statement due date. I won't shop there again. What they did was unethical.
I love Pottery Barn, but right now I'm not too happy. I bought two Emery linen/cotton drapery panels from your store and had them shipped to me in Santa Fe. When I took them to the cleaners to have pressed I found a soil mark on one of the panels so I shipped it back and had another panel sent to me. I had that one pressed and when we hung them tonight one of the panels was three inches shorter than the other. So now I have to return that one and order another and pay another $20 to have it pressed along with the shipping ch... read more
