Luca at Pottery Barn was absolutely wonderful! I was in a bit of a rush, and he took the time to help me find everything I needed in less than five minutes. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and truly exemplified the highest level of customer service.

One of the guys in the warehouse was the most helpful and kindest employee I've ever dealt with. I think his name was Kevin, and you guys should hire more people like Kevin.

Always have received excellent customer service from all the staff at PB Boise. I am in there at least once a month and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I have been to many PBs over the years in North Carolina, Scottsdale and chandler az and Boise PB by far has best customer service. The white glove service group however I have to agree with are very sketchy which is why I love they have the option to ship to store.

Items to explore is like a good story of a treasure hunter. Your mind is placing items in imagery of your home and what visitors will see as you set it up. Fascinating as glass, wood, rug, and so many things are uncovered, examined, and wondered over. You've got to visit and let your mind enter into its own place of treasure discovery.
