Always have received excellent customer service from all the staff at PB Boise. I am in there at least once a month and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I have been to many PBs over the years in North Carolina, Scottsdale and chandler az and Boise PB by far has best customer service. The white glove service group however I have to agree with are very sketchy which is why I love they have the option to ship to store.
Items to explore is like a good story of a treasure hunter. Your mind is placing items in imagery of your home and what visitors will see as you set it up. Fascinating as glass, wood, rug, and so many things are uncovered, examined, and wondered over. You've got to visit and let your mind enter into its own place of treasure discovery.
The sales associates are friendly. However, as I was checking out at the counter the sales associate asked for my email. I said I DID NOT want to be added to PB emails. She told me it was only to send the receipt. Sure enough, 2 days later I am getting slammed with PB marketing emails. The dishonesty is concerning. Also they take their sweet time removing you from emails after you unsubscribe.
UPDATE: Decided to spend the gift card they gave me for my initial awful service and shock of all shocks, they are STILL awful! Stood in the store without being acknowledged...when I finally was, it was clear I was putting the woman out asking about a lamp. She told me it was the only one they had, what it cost and that she'd have to have a manager ok selling it.
