I rarely leave reviews, but needed to share a positive experience. A lot of these reviews are regarding shipping and I have had my fair share of delayed shipping at pottery barn. However, the last two times I have had issues I’ve gone into the Boise store and the ladies working were awesome in figuring out what was the cause of the delay and resolved the problem. I ordered 3 different sized vases for my fireplace mantel. They arrived in 3 separate orders. The second box I received had 4 of the same sized vases in it. I had only ordered 1 and was only charged for 1. I returned all of the vases I had received and was telling the clerk that I had received 3 extra.
