Don’t judge a book by its cover. Was going to buy the Pearce coach and then an employee asked us to get up so his clients could sit. We were on the coach for less than 5 minutes. Lost a sale
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I was picking up an online order and was given extreme attitude by an older slender gentleman who works there. I was rudely advised that I “should order items via telephone or in store, ordering online is causing stores to close down, what you’re doing is affecting my job and that I’m the problem with world”. Tonight was the second time I tried this location. Both times I was in the store for more than 40 min and not one employee spoke to me, made eye contact…nothing. The store was not busy as it was a Wednesday night. It’s unfortunate because I have not had this experience in one of the Massachusetts locations nor the locations in CA. I will order online instead.
Service is terrible here. No one smiles or even asks if you need help. They make you feel very unwelcome and don’t even thank you for the business. A great advertisement to buy online or elsewhere. Other stores in Garden City that are competitors and much nicer.
