Like others have posted, the staff vibe in this store is poor ( 3 separate interactions on 3 separate occasions ) Love the furniture but I will be purchasing my pieces online. That store needs to close if that’s the best they can do with staffing.
For some reason I had a missed call from this place so I called them back and when I said it was a missed call they just immediately hung up which was kind of confusing because I was returning their call, if they didn't want me to call back, why would they call me in the first place? Regardless, I left 4 stars because I've heard good things about this place from my friends and family.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. Was going to buy the Pearce coach and then an employee asked us to get up so his clients could sit. We were on the coach for less than 5 minutes. Lost a sale
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I was picking up an online order and was given extreme attitude by an older slender gentleman who works there. I was rudely advised that I “should order items via telephone or in store, ordering online is causing stores to close down, what you’re doing is affecting my job and that I’m the problem with world”.
