I LOVE Potter USA! Their customer service is outstanding, the products are amazing, and they work so very hard to preserve the history of the craft and industry of die making. The Facebook Group shares lots of info about the history, the collections, how to use the items, and what people make with them. Its not just a company selling products, its a whole supportive community!
Being in the UK and the cost of shipping over here, I don't use Potter USA as much as I would like. But their products are great and the customer service is excellent! I've had one item arrive damaged and they replaced it, no question. Advice that would be given reluctantly by many companies is given freely, frequently and response to questions are quick. You've only got to look at Potter's Facebook page to gauge what kind of company they are. Always willing to share, teach, advise and help. They stand by their products 100%... read more
I absolutely adore his dedication to preservation of historical dies. I constantly refer to Kevin as an example of how a small business should be run as he treats his team and customers with the respect we all deserve. Great product, great man. A customer for many years and years to come. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
