I recently got yet another pair of shoes from the Ballston location. As always, the staffs' knowledge and customer service is fantastic! They have an extremely helpful process that includes mapping your feet and pressure when you walk to help you get a great fit. They're also experts on the brands they sell, which is so helpful when deciding between brands. As a physical therapist, I love both shopping here and referring my patients here. Definitely recommend!
Andrew was fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Did a gate analysis of my feet and got me fitted for the perfect insoles!
Great store! I went in and was greeted by the worker who helped me out. I got my feet scanned and after he brought out a couple different shoes for me to try. He let me know I could run on the treadmill and even test them outside the store. After I found the perfect fit he asked me if there was anything else I needed and then got me checked out. Had the absolute most awkward and disappointing experience here. Honestly, it was so bizarre I'm still trying to figure out whether I should be offended b/c it was just so ridiculous. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. The music was playing, two people were standing at the cash register and talking. No one else was in the store.
