Had the absolute most awkward and disappointing experience here. Honestly, it was so bizarre I'm still trying to figure out whether I should be offended b/c it was just so ridiculous. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing. The music was playing, two people were standing at the cash register and talking. No one else was in the store. Had gone in for a pair of shoes and ended up purchasing them for delivery. Unfortunately, the package was stolen and greatly so I was able to have another pair shipped to this location and have it ready for pickup. That being said, the customer service here is fantastic and they went out of their way to ensure I could still receive the shoes I had ordered! Much appreciated and would recommend purchasing your new trainers here!

Great shop for running and walking shoes, as well as apparel. The staff is outstanding, taking the time to not only measure your feet but digitally scan your stride to understand how you walk. This helps them recommend the right shoe brand and insoles for your needs, which is incredibly valuable. The store itself is small, so shoe selection is limited compared to some larger area retailers.
