Fantastic customer service. Every time i have been in to Potomac River Running the staff has been excellent. I love their process for helping customers find the right shoes: they have a device that they use to measure your gait and arch height. With the massive number of running and walking shoes out there, this information is incredibly helpful for narrowing down the options.

They know their products well and listen to my boring foot issues. As a result my feet rarely complain even when I have been on them for a long time.
PR Run & Walk is a great store. I run approximately 1 to 3 miles per day. I went in to PR Run & Walk and asked the salesperson to evaluate my feet. He did so and then recommended some great shoes - literally the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. He was very conservative about his recommendation and did not recommend anything fancy, just New Balance and Brooks shoes, not the fancy Hokas, etc. I am thrilled with my purchase and was very pleased that the salesperson spent so much time with me.
