I had high hopes when I hired The Potier Law Group, but unfortunately, they were a huge letdown. They appeared unorganized and unprepared, and I felt ignored whenever I tried to reach out for clarification on my case. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the start, and the poor handling led to an unfavorable verdict. I wouldn’t trust them with any case that needs true dedication and expertise.

My experience with The Potier Law Group was highly unsatisfactory. I rarely received updates, and the attorneys seemed unwilling to address my concerns fully. Their lack of professionalism and poor preparation resulted in an outcome that could have been prevented. I would not recommend this firm if you’re looking for a legal team that will fight for you and keep you in the loop.

If you’re looking for a law firm that values your case, I would avoid The Potier Law Group. Their approach was unprofessional, with limited communication and a serious lack of organization. It felt like I was just another client rather than a priority, which became clear when they missed several key points that could have helped me win. Losing the case was devastating, and I blame it on their lack of commitment and care.

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely appalling. My inquiries were met with curt responses, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Despite my best efforts to get assistance, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I called for a consultation, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The lady who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a potential client. It felt like my questions were an inconvenience, and I left the conversation with a negative impression of the business. Customer service is so important, and this interaction certainly didn't meet any standard of professionalism.
