Phone call experience ONLY! Opened up her call with, "once an addict, always an addict" asking what was our friends "drug of choice" and asking if he was "low functioning" or able to function normal. This program is privately run, obviously for the money ONLY! Not once did they ask about the client or their needs. I would never recommend a person to even call this facility let alone live there!
Because of my sobriety today, because of Julie Archer & Potentials Unlimiteded. I can now enjoy my family again
