Parker White settled without my consent. I was his client. I could not be in California in person for the meeting so he called me and said they were offering $60,000. I told him I would call him right back. I called him back three times and he did not pick up. He lied to me and said his phone doesn't work sometimes when it rings but really he was settling without my permission. When he finally called me back I told him I decided I wanted to go to trail. He said "too late I am already on my way to the airport."
