Been almost a month since the order and am missing most of the order. They have not responded to inquiries or begging for help. They really only deserve 0 stars for this one.
FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THAT TOOK HAS NOT REFUNDED ME Ordered a poster. Didn't get a confirmation email. After a day, sent an email to the address listed on their site. After no response I called the phone number on the site, which went straight to VM even during business hours. After several calls and emails from August 19th purchase until September September 4th, I received a package. It was the wrong image and a poorly printed reproduction of that incorrect image at that. Posters came in about a week, much higher quality than I was expecting considering these are very old movies. I took off 1 star only because I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order and was unable to create an account. I did end up contacting customer service to query about the order and they responded in about half a day.
If I could give zero I would, need to return something no email response don't pick up phone or texts and mailbox is full. Not sure what they are doing saying easy returns when they have no way to do it and my 30 days is running out which could be what they are hoping for, nevermind the posters are garbage...
I ordered a poster got billed no confirmation email. No poster!!! I’ve called I’ve texted I’ve emailed Nothing!!! Just flat out took my money!!
