Not only are they unfriendly and rude and not competent on shipping processes. They also lost my package and provided zero help but the worst was ZERO apology. They ignored emails. They did not offer to refund the shipping or send me my insurance (that I paid for) details. They told me on the phone they would make this right just to get me off the phone then ignored emails and did nothing to actually help.
