I opened a loan in 2023. The contractual agreement is to repay bi-weekly. I have 3 ACH deposits monthly. The last 3 months the credit union has withdrawn 3 payments per month as opposed to 2. Each month I call and request the additional payment is transferred back to my account. The request takes multiple calls and requests.
