A big shout out to Leslie in the loan department for her great customer service! She handled out loan request literally within minutes of talking to her on the phone. I recommend them for all of your banking needs.
Postal and Community has provided all our loans for multiple vehicles, and a signature loan. Leslie, one of the loan officers at the bank, is wonderful and tries to help in any way she can. We literally just signed loan papers today for a truck for our daughter. They are accommodating, professional, easy to work with and just good people. I can recommend Postal & Community Credit Union without any hesitation for any of your banking, savings, or loan needs. If you’re not a member, you should be! #Postal&Community 🤩
Highly recommend the Postal & Community Credit Union. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service
They lose your payment in their night drop box. They deposit your funds into other peoples account when you provide exact documentation for where it goes. They are always rude and condescending. Never have I seen people at a bank treat clientele so poorly. Give your business to an institution that values you as a customer. They need put out of business.

My fiance and i was applying for a Automotive loan. We applied on a Tuesday around 2 pm. We figured you know we would get a call back the next mourning. Well we waited and no call so we decided to call to see if they may just need some more information. So we call and get a teller we ask to speak about our loan and transfer us to the loan department. We did this 5 times. Each time we was hung up on and so I had to drive out their and request to speak to someone and the staff seem extremely rude and honestly smurky attitudes.... read more
