This company showed me how to soder steel cuplings to scaffold statute. I was a quick learner and finished the apprentice program for post tension expansion systems. Unfortunately the lead trainers for the apprentice program mainly Spanish mostly immigrants so it did not last long. I left the job because of lack of employee/employer communication skills.
