Literally takes forever to ship items idk what there doing
Very little traffic means very little staff, which could be a pain if you're in a rush, but the clerk was thoughtful and patient when I needed help shipping my first international package, and I've never had trouble picking up a missed package.
Terrible service by an inept poorly staffed post office for All of College point, only open for 9 hours out of a weekday. I live 3 blocks from them and still haven't gotten packages I am waiting for, dunno how they are still in business. Highly suggest they change their hours from 7 am to 6pm so people can get their mail and packages faster, hire better help.
One of the Asian lady was Rude and racist I can’t believe she treated other ppl very nice and when it’s my turn, she immediately changed her attitude! This is awful! ! She’s also Asian! If there is 0 star option I wish I could give her 0 !
This is honestly crazy. I’ve always used USPS pickup without any issues. The usual Asian gentleman on my route has always been reliable and consistent with picking up my packages. But lately, I think there are new drivers covering the route, and they’ve been overlooking my pickup requests completely. I scheduled a pickup on Wednesday—no one came.
