Some conflicted thoughts here and there, but overall the people are nice and approachable. The manager, especially, went out of his way to help when he really didn't need to and they were very helpful to retrieving my package. Despite the fact that my package wasn't sent to my house in the first place, the customer service provided was invaluable to me and overall I'd hold the workers at this place in high regards.

Very little traffic means very little staff, which could be a pain if you're in a rush, but the clerk was thoughtful and patient when I needed help shipping my first international package, and I've never had trouble picking up a missed package.

Terrible service by an inept poorly staffed post office for All of College point, only open for 9 hours out of a weekday. I live 3 blocks from them and still haven't gotten packages I am waiting for, dunno how they are still in business. Highly suggest they change their hours from 7 am to 6pm so people can get their mail and packages faster, hire better help.
