I dropped off a package to be shipped out on Monday. It's now Friday and nobody's received my package. It was so I could renew a prescription so I have to do it all over again and fear I may lapse in my meds. I understand that the USPS is a nightmare right now and has been for a while, so I know it's not easy to work here. But my god, this is thee worst post office I've experienced. 2012 it was just as bad. What's the point of the self help kiosk if you're not going to open the package drop and ship out things?
Indifference at its finest. I was home when they supposedly attempted to deliver a package requiring a signature and instead just left a slip. The slip states a redelivery request can be made online, but the online system never allows for redelivery from this post office. And when I took off work and went to pick up the package on Tuesday, February 18th, they said the package was returned to sender on Monday, February 17th, a federal holiday and day the post office is closed to the public. Unacceptable!
These people play more games than the United States Government…. Oh wait,,,
They lie & say the tried deliverying packages.They’re extremely lazy workers
The USPS branch on 140th Street in Harlem is consistently failing to provide reliable service. In the past, workers have returned my packages to the sender, claiming the recipient doesn’t exist. After filing a complaint through the main number, I received a call from a manager who was unhelpful and wasn’t willing to hear my concerns but assured me my packages would be delivered going forward.
